Deals of the Day offers 15 Days simple and transparent return policy. We accept returns in following conditions. 
1. Product is damaged / Missing parts.
2. Product quality is not up to the mark.
3. Product is different from what we have shown in the open pictures.
4. None of the above and you just want to return 

    Well Yes you read that right, you can return the product back if there is not even an issue and you just want to return it for any reason, we will still accept your return in 15 Days. 

    NOTE: PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN SALE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED - SALE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

     

    How To Return ? 

    To return the product back you have to dispatch the product to us like we dispatched it to you, you can visit any courier services for this, and send us the product back with a detailed not placed inside the product zipper back, On that note please mention the reason of return along with the same details which you used while placing the order,

    Who will pay the return charges ? 

    So the next question is who will pay the courier charges for the return ? 

    There are 2 conditions for this 

    1. If there is no fault from our side and you just want to return it as change of mind or don't like the quality. In this condition you have to pay the courier charges we will just return your product refunds to you.

    2. If there is an issue with the product and its the companies fault like the product is damged or any part is missing than Deals of the Day will pay the courier charges which will be returned to you along with the product refund.

      How will you get the payment back ? 

      Once we get the product back we will check it if you have returned the complete product and the return Note is in there with proper reason, Afterwards our representative will call you on the details you have mentioned on the Note. He/She will ask you to provide the bank account number in which you want your payment back. You can also choose Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash services for refunds. 

      How long will it takes to get the refund ?

      Once all the process is completed we will start your refund and it could take about 7-12 Working Days for the Refund to transfer into your account of other medium which you already selected in the above phase. 

      Is this process Safe & Secure, What is the guarantee ?

      All of the the methods adopted by Deals of the Day are always safe and secure, like your personal details address, contact number & bank account details. 

      Guarantee is that Deals of Day is a registered company in National Taxation Network and we have all the legal documents available, with the company name and details, Moreover you can read the our reviews from the valuable customers regarding the refund & returns on our Facebook page. 

       Note: Deals of the Day is 100% responsible for the refunds and exchanges, but in return we expect just one thing from our valuable customer, that is RESPECT.
